Well, there's a plot about incompetent assassins and a serial killer, but that's not really important. What's important is that the two main characters are decent people, utterly thirsty for each other, and every time they're about to kiss/confess true love/leap into bed, some bit of plot arrives to foil them and increase the sexual tension.
It's light, it's fun, it's a great read, and they live happily ever after. Sometimes you just want something that makes you feel good. Give it a go.
