site is dropping posts
Just a heads up. I've replied to a few posts, and when I hit submit the page refreshes, but my comment is not posted. This is happening on a phone. BC

I agree about holding drafts in place, and also haven't personally encountered dropped posts. I'll see if the dashboard holds any logs or such like
I've had a look around the dashboard - largish parts of it are apparently not functional (or maybe just not enabled) but I can't yet see anything like an error log.
I looked around as well - didn't see anything that stood out to me. There's nothing in the moderation or spam queues, so it's not not any posts have been flagged. There is a 16000 character limit on posts, but I think a post needs to be pretty long to fall afoul of that. There's a 1 hour edit limit, but that will only apply to posts that have been posted.
It's possible the draft posts will still be there. I can see mine when I'm at the bottom of a page in a specific category, where I started a post but never finished it. This is only visible on the PC, not on my phone. You can see the full PC version of the site on your phone if you scroll down to the very bottom and click on the faint grey text that says "full site" (or similar to that). You should be able to see any drafts.
Apart from those possible things, I would have to suggest it's not the TTRPBC site that's the issue, but something else.
Also @RichardAbbott I didn't see any settings that were 'greyed out' (as in unavailable to click on). I could click on everything, at least as far as the settings are concerned. I think we have the same permissions. However, I have no idea to get into the html of it all, so I might have missed something with regard to that.
For me, the first Dashboard page has some tabs across the top, but nothing seems to display however I navigate around it. The Moderation page has a whole lot of options most of which I don't really understand, and many of which are empty. Only the Settings page seems to be fully alive, and I couldn't see anything there that corresponded to a failure log
Yes, the Dashborard tab has nothing.
The Moderation Tab has a bunch of things, some of which are empty (like Moderation Queue and Spam Queue and Flagged Content) because we don't have any flagged posts to deal with and haven't admitted any spammers.
Members has quite a lot- all the current members are listed (way more than are active).
The Change Log shows edits and deletions to posts (but not failed uploads).
Flood control sets limits on how frequently people can post (again, a spam control measure).
Ban Rules and Messages are both empty because we've never added any ban rules or messages - but we could if we wanted to.
Applicants is empty because we have no current applicants - but when we do, they appear here.
The Settings tab has a lot that can be adjusted - most of which I don't understand well enough to fiddle with. But no log of any kind.
If a post was never actually submitted, it probably wouldn't appear in any log, anyway. The Change Log doesn't record drafts - only edits and deletions to completed posts. I don't see any way to see user drafts at all. I can only see my own, and presumably each use can also see their own.
