Sword at Sunset: Question Eleven (formerly Question Five)
Rosemary Sutcliff used a wheelchair for most of her life. Gwalchmai and ultimately Bedwyr are disabled, but find ways to work around their disabilities, and that's something often found in Rosemary Sutcliff's fiction. What other books have you come across with disabled protagonists?

There appear to be two question fives...
Oops. Fixed.
This isn't something I particularly note it books, to be honest.
Yeah - I know I have, both permanently and temporarily disabled, but ask me to name them? Never thought about it before.
Hari Seldon in Foundation is in a wheelchair.
Yrth in the Riddle Master of Hed series is blind (we meet him in vol 3 and we only read together vol 1)
In a bizarre quirk of coincidence, one of the main characters in my current WIP is in a wheelchair as a result of an accident which occurred before the story commences.
Thinking about it, Tyrion from Game of Thrones counts here.
